"Charles helped me recover from a bulging disk in my neck. I had pain radiating under by left shoulder blade, to my left elbow with tingling in my pinky, ring and middle fingers. The pain would wake me up at night and was as high as an 8 on a 10 scale. I went to my doctor and was prescribed physical therapy. My physical therapist at first could only give me ice due to the pain she created when she attempted therapy exercises. At the time I had never had an acupuncture treatment and knew Charles might be able to help me at least reduce my pain. Charles performed acupuncture and a "treatment" of "cupping". After one treatment my pain was reduced from a 7 to a 3. After 2 acupuncture treatments my physical therapist was able to treat the bulging disk with therapeutic exercises. The bulging disk in my neck limited my ability to do any exercise. I had previously been able to do 20 pull-ups. Just before Charles's 2 treatments I was only able to do 1 pull-up.
