Is this the End??? No, just the end of my 30 day Blog Challenge and the beginning of regular blogs with awesome tips and thoughts on Acupuncture and Life in general. As Elton John once said "don't let the sun go down on me..." What the heck does that mean? You can meditate on it or discuss with a friend over a cup of coffee (see previous post) or an awesome always caffeine free cup of tea! Click on the pictures below to enlarge. Be Well.

![]() It seems that it is always sunny in southern California. Another 73 degree day in the sun. This got me thinking about the song Here Comes the Sun. (see/hear very cool version). Which also got me thinking about making something your own. If you are going to copy or pay homage to someone/something put your own stamp on it without question or without looking back! Say it loud, say it proud and make it yours! Here is my favorite cover of that song Here Comes the Sun. Which one did you like better? Find a friend and discuss over a cup coffee (see previous post) or tea. Be Well! Yes, an Epic Fail. These pictures were my attempt at taking cool shots of coffee dispensers (mmm coffee... see previous posts). And they are not that good. But next time I am at a coffee shop with my camera... I will try again! Some of life's biggest successes come after the Epic Fail... so what does this mean?? Go Big or Go Home, or maybe some other deep philosophical thing? Discuss with a friend or ponder by yourself over a cup of coffee, tea, or whatever your beverage choice may be.
Be Well. You need to find your Happy Place! The place where you can be you without question or hesitation! Not just a flitting moment but a state of being. Whether it is at the ocean or in the forest or a big city, only you know where that is for you. Enough about me thinking about you, it is time for you to think about what is best for you! Here is a link to "Happy Gilmore's Happy Place". Be good to yourself, it's the only one you have! What? At this very moment many people are freaking out... thinking isn't it Avagadro's Number?? No, it is Affogato, a delicious dessert of espresso poured over gelato or ice cream. In the pictures to the right the espresso was poured over home made Cardamom ice cream (click picture for location!). And Yes, it was delicious! On the left was the more traditional gelato. Absolutely wonderful. What does this have to do with Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Sage Remedies? It means we all need balance in our lives. Take time out and enjoy your own version of La Dolce Vita! And remember to buy your Sage Herbal Products today!
All photos on this website are copy righted. If you want to use them, let me know! ![]() Happy New Year! May you make a BIG splash throughout the new year! I recently read a quote that said "It is better to aim High and miss your target then to aim low and hit it". While you ponder that, have a great year and make a big splashing doing what you love! ![]() They say, you know "they", that all good things must come to an end. But in this case, it is NOT! The awesome sale we are having on the Sage Throat Spray will continue through January 2014! In celebration of the New Year and to do my part to stave off the spread of colds! This throat spray is excellent in preventing whatever is going around the office, school, or the country, when used at the first signs (dry scratchy throat, a little funny feeling in the back of the throat, sudden dry nose..etc)! It can even be used if you already have whatever is going around and reduce the duration (see testimonials). The usual disclaimers are applicable ( These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease). Wishing you great health and joy throughout the New Year! ![]() Okay, so it's an Apple theme two days in a row. Apples got me thinking about that scene from Good Will Hunting, so here it is APPLES! Just remember your apple a day and that you can't always judge a book by it's cover. ![]() On a recent trip to Mendocino, I stopped by the Philo Apple Farm, and it reminded me of the old saying "An Apple A Day keeps the Doctor Away!". I found an article that sights the British Journal of Medicine saying... yes, yes it's true! So, find your favorite apple and take bite! Here is a link to the article. APPLES |
