Especially when it comes to travelling and the TSA! Now available in a convenient 2 ounce bottle, Sage Body Oil.  All the power of Sage, in bottle that is a size that the TSA can handle! (Only my second advertisement blog, not bad I think) This awesome oil is great for the boosting the immunity and great for the skin! Mixing the power of Sage (Salvia Apiana - that is the sage you've seen in the store that folks use for smudging and ceremonies) and Olive Oil (used for hundreds of years by folks in the Mediterranean for skin protection) to make one fabulous Body Oil. Be the first on your block to be part of the sensation that is sweeping the nation! So, yes, Size Does Matter.

Orange you glad.....

Orange you glad I didn't say banana? Ha, Ha, Hee, Hee, LOL and all that other stuff.  Oranges are an excellent winter Pick Me Up. Or you can use an Orange related Pick Up line like "Hey that is a good looking Navel you've got there". Oranges brighten the mood with their warm color and enliven the palate with their sweet taste. Consider it food therapy in every bite.  They are filled with vitamin C and deliciousness! So, go out and get an Orange by yourself or with a friend. Take a bite and enjoy!

Be well.

As we go speeding through life we have to remember one thing, to rest.  True rest is the key to recovery of most of what ails us. Wherever your road takes you, take time to rest.

Be Well.

Sage - White Sage

Sage - White Sage - Salvia Apiana - Let me introduce you to my friend and colleague!  This is the base of my current product line.  My products you ask?  Yes my Sage Throat Spray, Sage Air Freshener, and Sage Massage Oil.  White Sage has been used and is still used in Native American medicine for basically any thing having to do with the respiratory systems (Nose, Throat, Chest..etc) as well as being used to Clear Space/Energy in ceremonies.  Yes, that Sage.  It is quite fragrant and I will upload pictures when their flowers bloom this spring.  The Sage is wild-crafted and sustainably harvested (I pick it like a tea plant, carefully and selectively for the various characteristics that speak to me).  This is a very generous plant and I enjoy sharing the bounty.  Be well.

A great Tee (Tea) Time is a great time of day!

My semi-decade round of golf with my brothers is one of the great pleasures in life. A great cup of tea is also one of my greatest pleasures.  I can't always get a round in with my brothers but I can always get a rounded tea spoon of my favorite teas from Lady of the Lotus Botanicals! Okay, that was a stretch. I love my coffee but nothing beats a great cup of tea.  My favorites are Sage Advice or Heart's Content.  By clicking on any of the pictures of tea below, you will be transported to the page that describes the wonderful organic blends available!  Whether you are Teeing Up or taking time to sip some Tea, remember to relax, breathe and enjoy the moment!

Mmmm coffee

PictureDelicious Coffee at Paysanne in Boonville, CA
I Love Coffee!  But coffee does not love me.  It is definitely a non-reciprocal relationship.  I love the smell, the taste, the warmth and much more.  The first cup is awesome.  The second is disaster.  The key is to know your own limitations.  Life is meant to be lived and part of that for me is the occasional cup of coffee (give me an occasion and I'll have some coffee!).  The key to balance is to know where the edge is and to play with that edge.  For me 1 cup good.... 2 cups bad!  Sometimes I can sneak another 1/2 cup in small portions later in the day, but most of the time I just stick with one.  It is more enjoyable that way!  As Clint Eastwood once said "A man has got to know his limitations".  Not to discriminate.. so does a woman! Live on the edge... Only you know where that is for you!

All good things.....

They say, you know "they", that all good things must come to an end.  But in this case, it is NOT! The awesome sale we are having on the Sage Throat Spray will continue through January 2014!  In celebration of the New Year and to do my part to stave off the spread of colds!  This throat spray is excellent in preventing whatever is going around the office, school, or the country, when used at the first signs (dry scratchy throat, a little funny feeling in the back of the throat, sudden dry nose..etc)!  It can even be used if you already have whatever is going around and reduce the duration (see testimonials).  The usual disclaimers are applicable ( These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.  This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease). Wishing you great health and joy throughout the New Year!
